Is the report written specifically for my business?
Yes. Every report is built around the information you provide about your business, customers, objectives, current social media activity and available resources. It is not a generic checklist or a collection of recycled advice.
How long will my report take?
Social Snapshot is delivered within minutes of your completed questionnaire. Social Media Strategy and Social Growth Blueprint are reviewed by our team and delivered within five working days.
Which platforms do you cover?
We review whichever platforms are relevant to your business and audience. This typically includes Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google Business Profile. We may also recommend reducing or stopping activity on platforms that are not supporting your goals.
Will you need my passwords?
No. We review your publicly available social media profiles alongside the information you provide in the questionnaire. Never share your social media passwords with anyone.
What if I have not started using social media yet?
Social Media Strategy is the best starting point for a new presence. It helps you decide who to target, which platforms to use and what to communicate before you start posting. Social Snapshot is more useful when there is existing activity to review.
Does the Blueprint include the Strategy?

Will the report post content for me?
No. These are consultancy reports designed to give you clarity and direction. If you would like help with implementation or ongoing support, Bluespace Media can discuss options separately. There is no obligation to do so.
Does buying a report commit me to ongoing services?
No. Each report is a one-off purchase. Any further support is entirely optional and there is no ongoing contract or commitment.
